200 gr. peas 
12 courgette flowers
1 courgette
1 young lettuce
200 g potatoes
1 spring onion
Extra-virgin olive oil

Peal and cut the courgette flowers; cut the potatoes, the courgette and the lettuce in small cubes.

Fry lightly the onions and its stems, add the peas, the potatoes and the lettuce and cook for about 5 minutes. Add the courgette and cook for 10 minutes. After, add the courgette flowers.

Cook each one of the ingredients just right, in order to keep their individual flavour.
