Booking arrangements

The request for availability can be made through our website, by e-mail or by telephone.

Following our confirmation of availability, the reservation must be made by sending a deposit of 25% of the total amount.
After payment of the deposit, a copy of the receipt must be sent by e-mail to the email address This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .

Payment can be made in one of the following ways:
1. Money order made out to Annamaria Bertolini, Via Dei Biancospini, 15, 84040 Casal Velino (SA);
2. Payment to the bank current account in the name of Annamaria Bertolini

N.B .: The reservation will become effective only after our confirmation.

The balance must be paid upon arrival of the client by cash or check.

Cancellation Mode

The reservation can be canceled by the user only by e-mail.
Cancellations must be communicated at least 30 days before the arrival date to get 100% refund of the amount.
For cancellations communicated after the time limits indicated above, the agriturismo reserves the right to withhold a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total amount if the cancellation request occurs within two weeks from the date of arrival.

If the cancellation is communicated within 5 days of arrival, or no show, 100% of the amount paid will be retained. 

Any early departures will still result in 100% of the balance for unused days.

Check-in and Check-out times

Check-in is from 3:00 pm.

Check out by 10am on the day of departure.

In July and August we accept weekly minimum stays, from Saturday to Saturday.

Restaurant times

Breakfast is served from 08:00 to 09:30. Sunday lunch is served at 13:00 and dinner at 19:45.
