The biological farmhouse San Giorgio gives its guests the opportunity to learn from wise hands the culinary art of Cilento. You can participate in the preparation of fusilli, cavatielli, homemade bread.
The farmhouse also produces oil, wine, vegetables and breeding, for business use, rabbits, chickens and pigs. Guests can purchase the products of this culinary art (oil, wine, honey, meats).
The guests are served only with typical dishes: cavatelli and fusilli home-made seasoned with mutton sauce, lagane and chickpeas with cotica of pork, Parmesan, grilled meat country, salami (capicollo, soppressate, ham, sausage, bacon), home-made bread, wine and limoncello, all cooked at the time with the farmhouse's products.
In front of a large fireplace, in winter, you can relive old emotions to the glow of burning firewood.
