Half orange
The skin of an organic lemon
50 g sugar
Half glass of white wine
Half glass of extra-virgin olive oil
One pinch of salt
Extra-virgin olive oil for deep frying

Boil the water with the orange, lemon skin, wine, sugar, rosemary, extra-virgin olive oil, and salt. Remove all the ingredients and throw the flour onto the water. Mix vigorously the dough, transfer on a board and beat it with a rolling pin.

Form small cylinders 20 cm long and a little finger wide. Make bows of the cylinders and deep fry them. Sprinkle with sugar and dress with honey.
